Excellent ! He is a very knowledgeable,caring, thorough Dr. He takes the time to listen and speak with you. Concerned about your health. I always recommend him to everyone. I've made him my primary dr years ago.

Waited 2 & 1/2 hours on my first visit. And when I said to the dr “y’all sure do make a first impression “. He said back to me “ maybe you should not come back “. I waited that long for a mistake their office had made, not my mistake. And they treated me as a walk-in (which I was Not). I had been given an appointment for that day. And not one person, much less the dr even bothered to apologize for the mistake. I would not ever recommend this dr to anyone!! He is the rudest, worst excuse for a dr I have Ever seen. I feel sorry for all who have to deal with him. And btw, don’t expect to have them do the job they get paid to do very well. And I will be making a point to bring this to the attention of the insurance company. There should be no reason why test should have to be run twice because they can not provide the specialist with the results they need from the test they have already done at their office.

He's a very good doctor. He actually acts like he's really concerned about my health. Good bedside manner! I would recommend him to anyone. If I could I would change him to my primary care dr. He already acts like he is now. He shows real concern for his patience. There usually isn't a long wait when you have an appointment.

a real quak lab results were incorrect, prescribed un needed medication that put me in the emergency room. Sent me to GI clamming my liver was bad do to wrong test done at the lab he uses. This office is good if you have a cold and need an antibiotic or need cialis for erectile disfunction in my opinion. other than that get a second opinion my second and third "easr jeff emergency room" opinion were " there is nothing wrong with you" stop taking the meds they put you on.

Dr. Mai is very thorough and concerned with his patients' health and wellbeing. He also is considerate of today's insurance dilemmas and provides samples when possible. Would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.
