I've been to see Dr. Mason for multiple issues over the past few years. Each time his office has promptly gotten me an appointment. On most visits I speak with one of his assistants first and then Dr. Mason comes in to give further assessment and feedback. His staff completes the X-rays or imaging promptly and professionally (can you tell I'm injury prone?) Dr. Mason then gives further tests and asks further questions, explains what he thinks is going on, and then gives me a plan for further action. He's quick and to the point but also detailed and understanding. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Dr Mason for PRP treatment for a torn gluteus maximus in Oct 2019. I was having severe pain after undergoing PT and other initial treatments. The procedure was excruciatingly painful and I was certainly unable to drive myself home. The staff did not provide significant post procedure instructions nor detailed overview of the procedure. I believe I was injured during the injection as I was in severe pain for many weeks after and unable to use my right leg without powerful pain medicine. It took several months for my hip to return to the pre procedure level of pain.

I just feel like a dollar sign to this man and his staff. I first saw Dr. Mason a year ago about my knee. He couldn't have been less helpful. Didn't know what the problem could be. He just shrugged and sent me on my way. A year later, I got another MRI hoping this time he might see something wrong. It's been 2 months since that MRI and I've still gotten nothing from him or his staff but excuses. "Oh, we can't find the MRI." "Oh, you need to send it to us." "Oh, we don't have the right measurements." "Well, we need another week to look at it." They also take several days or weeks to get back to you despite promises that they'll get back to you in 2-3 days. He and his staff seem to always be behind on everything and making excuses for why it's taken 2 months just to read an MRI. I'll never do business with this clinic again. Avoid at all costs. You are just a dollar sign and an annoyance to them and that is how they'll make you feel.

When I received treatment from dr. Mason I was a collegiate athlete. With an injury that sidelined me all of freshman year I was extremely desperate. After receiving the PRP injection he ordered I noticed hardly any fix. Then he said he would need to do 1-2 more. I got another and he said that it should get the job done. It didn’t. He ordered another. After the 3rd I was able to compete with loads of pain. Finally I had to quit. I went to see him right before and he told me “your tendon just doesn’t like running” after initially saying I would be able to compete no problem after the third treatment. Turns out after seeing a surgeon I don’t even have a tendon issue. It was a bone issue that he clearly knew I had because it was so prominent. I took 9 months of my collegiate season to receive and recover from injections and they didn’t work. Do your research first.

Dr. Mason is a very knowledgeable, trustworthy, excellent physician. He saved me from having knee replacement surgery with the treatment he subscribed. I will always be grateful to him. I will recommend to any family member and friends for anyone that asks for a non-surgical orthopedics specialist. Bernard D'Andria

We've had a great experience with Dr. Mason. Our son has had ultrasound guided PRP & physical therapy under Dr. Mason's guidance. Dr. Mason is personable, knowledgeable, communicates well, and spent a great deal of time with us, making sure our son performed a key exercise with the proper form. We were particularly impressed with Dr. Mason's close communication with the our son's coach, physical therapist, and NMT.

An ongoing and painful shoulder problem caused me to seek help other than P. T., which had not worked in the past. A friend who was a patient of Dr. Mason gave me his name, a glowing bio and the suggestion to talk to him. At the consultation, we talked of past therapies, the non result from them and possibilities for traditional and other procedures, pros and cons of both. When I left I had all the info needed to make an informed decision. His staff is also professional and super friendly!

Friendly, but had no treatment plan beyond the stem cell and platelet injections . He and his staff, provided only minimal guidance for what should or shouldn't be done before or after treatments (e.g., exercise program, diet, etc...). Nothing is documented for the patient. Once the treatments were completed and I stated they had not provided improvement he offered no suggestions and never bothered to follow=up with me. Very disappointed..

Cares about his patients and is not always just looking for the "easy/quick" fix. He is usually easy to schedule with and quick to see. I would recommend!

My son is a college athlete & has been working with Dr Mason for months. He has cancelled several appts at the last minute . Takes weeks to reschedule. He has shown up for physical therapy and told they cant do anything because Dr Mason has not provided the details about the PT . Couldnt be more disappointed in his dedication and professionalism. If college athletes arent worth your time then please dont take them on at all . Your doing more damage then good
