Dr. R Neil Borland, MD

Dr Borland was Fantastic. I received questionable treatment from another Dr. He stepped up and gave me great advice. He removed my prostate which was confirmed to contain cancer. Everything went great. I also would like to recommend Jupiter Medical Center. All of their staff was great.

I was referred by my interest for suspected prostate cancer - it was confirmed but I was not a surgical candidate. I was treated with radiation (different practice) and hormones. If you wanted to talk to your Dr. Borland don't count on it. No patient portal access, do phone access, often phones not answered, messages ignored...on, and on. So after hormone treatment was concluded I changed doctors

Came to Dr. Borland after a negative experience from another doctor in vero beach. Dr Borland is a true professional with excellent bedside manners. He explained everything to me and thats the way everything went. I had two kidney stones in one kidney and he blasted them into sand particles. A stent was placed inside and removed later. Removal of the stent was what you would expect, painless and quick. I highly recommend this urologist.

Dr. Borland spent a grueling 8 1/2 hrs. removing my cancerous right kidney and ureter. Four years later and I am still cancer-free. God Bless Dr. Borland. Few physicians work as hard for the best possible outcome. I adore him. Terri Williams

A NIGHTMARE! I was shown into an exam room and told to sit on the edge of an examination table and to undress. I was given a thin paper to cover “my privates”. The tech told me that the doctor would be right in. Forty five minutes later he finally strutted in. He inquired how I was feeling. I responded as well as could be expected having sat on the edge of the table for some forty five minutes. He said that it took that long for the numbing agent to kick in (yeah right). Funny thing I was never administered the numbing agent. He now administered such and left for another fifteen minutes. He finally appeared and completed the procedure. No explanation or anything. He had previously sent me for a CT Scan. I had brought ina disc with the results as instructed. He never had the courtesy or professionalism to discuss the results. Only after I inquired did he share his thoughts. He left for me to dress. The tech now appeared with a pill I asked what what the pill was for. She said just

I recently moved from NYC to West Palm Beach and in need of a urologist for annual visits and monitoring of the prostate. Dr. Borland came highly recommended by several doctors I had connected with while getting established in the area. I found him to be thorough, unhurried and an excellent communicator whose office staff is efficient and friendly. Finding a new doctor is always a daunting experience. Finding Dr. Borland was a blessing.

Saw Dr. Borland today. I had to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time, but it was worth the wait. He listened to me carefully, took his time, was knowledgable and explained well how we should proceed. He was friendly and a little bit funny. I liked him a lot and am very glad to have found him.
