When I first met Dr. Khan, I was extremely impressed at the thoroughness and comprehensiveness of her examination and questions. I established primary care with her, but since that first visit, I have never been able to get on her schedule for follow-up examinations or consultations. She only works 2 days per week and I have tried to still engage her using MyChart, but she has not been responsive. What is worst is that she would not approve a basic prescription such as birth control for a year after I have come in for a physical exam, so my pharmacy needs to reach out monthly for refill prescriptions and I am required to justify my request. I am disappointed that she has not turned out to be a very responsive or caring doctor.
