The Zoom Call settings had us muted and off camera and we did not know how to turn those features on. We were still able to connect with Dr. Watson via phone call which was successful. He answered all our questions.

Caution!
He is a bad man, and a bad doc. He did an ERCP on me. I awoke in the recovery room in intense pain. He walked in the room, looked at me, threw his hands in the air and said in front of my wife, you have a nerve problem and he walked out. I tried calling his office a few days alter because the pain was getting worse and completely unbearable. His nurse or scheduling person said the soonest he would see me was 8 weeks. When I objected his nurse laughed at me. He is a horrible man and a worse doc. Use caution with this 'doctor'
