Dr. Rachael Hayes, MD

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Rachael Hayes. She was dismissive, disrespectful, and showed a complete lack of empathy throughout my visits. Her bedside manner was poor, and rather than taking the time to listen to my concerns or conduct any thorough testing, she immediately chalked all my symptoms up to anxiety without further investigation. It felt like she was more interested in rushing me out the door than actually addressing the underlying issues. On top of that, she prescribed inappropriate medications—strong, hardcore drugs—without exploring less drastic options or identifying the real cause of my problems. It felt like she was more interested in masking the symptoms than solving the issue. Her communication was also terrible; she was rarely available for follow-ups or questions, and it was almost impossible to get in touch with her office. I left every appointment feeling frustrated and dismissed. I would not recommend Dr. Hayes to anyone looking for a thoughtful, caring, or competent healthcare provider.
