Racheal Tushabe MD is a PCP with poor communication skills and questionable medical judgment. She fails to supply a holistic treatment plan integrating advice about both physical and mental health. At intake, she was stigmatizing at the mere mention of my psych diagnosis yet obviously understood little upon questioning. However, my main concerns were constipation, bloating, nausea, and indigestion possibly due to gastroparesis. Oddly enough, she failed to order any necessary tests or offer a prescription medication. Confused, I asked her to review my OTC supplements that I brought in a bag. Instead, in a curt and dismissive manner, she said that we might go over them at a follow-up appointment, leaving abruptly after 10 minutes but billing Medicare for 45 minutes. When I went to make a second appointment, the front desk denied me further medical treatment for my main diagnoses of diabetes and hypertension without explanation. Simply put, a careless internist in a negligent rush.

Don’t recommend
I had an irritation in my private area that was difficult to identify, because it felt different than my prior experience and I could not see it being female. Anyway, Dr. Tushabe’s attitude made me uncomfortable and embarrassed, as I was solely there for medical help.

Very poor bedside manner. Arrogant persona, asked my child health questions he was incapable of answering due to his age. Repeatedly asked me same questions after telling her several times I didn't know the answer. Insensitive. Would not recommend. I've been an RN for 20 years, never seen this type of unprofessional behavior before.
