Listens with Empathy
Dr. Bickling has been my GP since 2014. She’s been a compassionate supporter throughout my health journey, is a wonderful listener, and is open to feedback and preferences when it comes to finding a way forward. I feel seen and heard when I talk to her, and I have the utmost respect for her and her practice. I 100 percent recommend her.

I first met Dr. B. around 2015 and found her to be pleasant, attentive and a good listener. She smiled. Over time, she grew hurried, irritable and less responsive (for example, my insurer called to complain that their prescription refill requests -fax and calls - were ignored. This happened twice.) I suspect she is spread too thin and seems to want to do obstrectics more than general medicine. Several appointments were with her associates because she was not in.

Wonderful experience: she tries to solve as many issues as possible without meds and by diet; cuts to the chase with as much detail as you like and with humor.

Dr. Bickling is the most competent, good bed manner and excellent care towards her patients. She is the best doctor I've ever encountered.
