I came looking for reviews and wasn’t at all surprised to see 1 star. She was terrible enough for me to come and leave a review, which I rarely do. She was combative and unhelpful! The worst bedside I have ever seen. Luckily I got rid of her and ended up with the most wonderful hospitalist. Always speak up!

Dr. Collier was so concerned that her patient wanted to be referred to by her proper title of Dr. despite merely having a Ph. D. that she missed a critical diagnosis. Once she ruled out the "obvious" causes for shortness of breath and droopy eye she failed to look for the not so obvious causes despite her patient obviously being in distress, even if she was abrasive. Thanks to Dr. Collier's callous treatment this patient spent 18 days in the ICU, 7 of them on a ventilator, while we waited to see if she would respond to the treatment for MG. Luckily, the patient is responding to treatment and is doing much better but she still has a long haul ahead of her. I wonder how much better she would be doing if her myasthenia had been caught at the early onset of symptoms instead of after she went into respiratory arrest in a different ER a couple days later. Much thanks to the hospitalist that was smart enough to think outside the box. Too bad Dr. Collier doesn't know how to do that.
