They do not provide reminders for appointments. I scheduled an appointment a year in advance and missed it, when I called to verify the appointment and tried to reschedule, they told me my daughter had been fired from the practice. Dr. Farmer is a decent doctor, but the health care politics make it not worth your time to take your little there.

Before they would even schedule an appointment the office said the doctor needed my children's files to review to see if she would accept them as patients. Finally the called and because they are new patients they wouldn't schedule them on the same day and not any time other than 2pm. I have to drive 30 miles to get there, each time taking time off work and removing both my children from school only to have my appointment rescheduled because the Doc was out of the office that that day suddenly
