Saved my Life!!!!!
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Kingree. She has an outstanding bedside manner. She listens and she knows her discipline of medicine. I had suffered an illness that my PCP had no idea what to do or who to send me to get further evaluation. I ended up in the hospital and had several doctors checking me. At least five doctors said they could not see any issues, including various specialists. ONLY Dr. Kingree noticed a small area in the center of my torso that caused HER concern. Upon further testing, it was discovered that I had a tumor. The tumor was spreading to my lung and heart and vital nerves. Because of Dr. Kingree, the tumor was discovered in time for me to have a couple of surgeries and now I am well.

Excellent process for gathering case history , getting current difficulty intake info , and a thorough explanation for treatment plan projection from this point. I felt great about the care I received from her nurse as well.

I only had one visit with Dr Kingree in the hospital as the following days she was out of town and another doctor from her practice took my case. She was friendly and kind, but kind of oversimplified things in her explanation as about 5 minutes after she left I realized how many questions I had. So a better detailed explanation would have really helped me as it's pretty hard to get a doctor in your room more than once a day in the hospital. Overall though she seemed pretty great, except for when I asked if it would be possible to get a specific test that she did not feel was necessary I told her I would just like it anyway just to be safe and she actually seemed to laugh at me a bit as she left the room. I don't think she meant it unkindly, more as a joking don't worry about it kind of thing, and she did get the test for me, but I really think she could have been better about listening to patients concerns and taking more time to explain things in more detail.

Dr. Kingree diagnosed me with start of emphysema. I received the news the day after Christmas. It is 2/07 and I still have not heard back the results on the alpha-1 test since I'm 39 and considered young to have this decease. I was also disappointed at the lack of information given at the time of my diagnosis. She made it sound as a simple cold, but did say there is no cure. When I left and researched on emphysema, my family and I were overwhelmed with questions.

I have been seeing Dr. Kingree since 12/04/2017 and have been nothing but highly satisfied with the ease of getting an appointment, wait time in waiting area and exam room for her to come in to see you. You are in and out generally in 15-20 minutes unless you have lots of questions or need tests. She is very cheerful, informative and caring. She is very knowledgeable and goes over your results, treatments, etc and asks if you have any questions or concerns.

Dr. Kingree had to give me the bad news that Mom has severe and very aggressive cancer. She handled the notification perfectly, was very understanding throughout the visit, and was VERY helpful in answering my questions honestly, going above and beyond to help me understand and make sound, realistic choices. This was one of the hardest interactions I have ever had with a Doctor, and she handled it beautifully. Thank you for being an amazing professional, Dr. Kingree. God bless you!

Dr. Rachel Kingree is thorough in her examination, asking pertinent questions for a evaluation to recommend an appropriate treatment; she provides advice in a caring manner, doesn't rush out of treatment room and is easy to talk to. I hope she doesn't change as many doctors eventually do.
