Couldn't get me out of there fast enough.
The worst medical professional I have ever seen. This was my first physical and visit with her. The video below that she posted about herself and new patients is a joke. She spent less than five minutes examining me, wore a mask (I wasn't sick)! Didn't ask any of the questions my previous care provider did who, unfortunately, is no longer with the Ripa Center for Women's Health. I was so upset when I left after my appointment. Was treated like something on an assembly line, and I most certainly didn't appreciate her 'quick response' back to me when I had questions about the results of my bloodwork. When the survey about my visit came in the mail a week or so later, I was so mad that I tossed it right in the trash. I will NEVER see her again, and I even doubt I'll ever return to that location. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially when I thought I would get very good care based on the fact that they 'specialize' in the care of women!

she is why I left COOPER
She completely dismissed my concerns and sent me to the ER for an MRI instead of ordering it herself and prior- authorizing the test. Not only that but after waiting 2 months for my annual physical she called out on the day of my appointment with no reasonable scheduling alternatives for a month. I have had other great doctors before her at Cooper but they all left.
