She made time to see me the last time I was sick oxygen was low sent right to the hospital

Dr. Newsome is not a people person. Any visit I’ve had with her she’s dismissive of what I came in there for and often bills extras to my insurance that cause me to have to talk to the location’s office manager to get it resolved. Can’t count the amount of times I’ve come in genuinely looking for help and she’s recommended me to somewhere out of network or just glossed over what I was seeking help with. I’ve had better care at Urgent Care locations. Don’t even bother with Telehealth visits with her, either. Last one I did she was 45 minutes late for, did not apologize, and proceeded to say “sorry, that sounds tough. I can’t help you with your symptoms, but it should be fine in a few days.” I was sick with Covid and the flu, simultaneously, looking for any kind of helpful relief. She then charged my insurance for an office visit instead of a teleheath visit, which out of pocket costs me $200 vs $30. Good luck trying to get an appointment within 6 weeks, too. Never anything available
