Dr. Rachel Quinby-Graves, MD

I had a spot I needed checked because it just didn't look right. Dr. Quinby checked me out, and did a biopsy immediately. She sent it to be checked for skin cancer. It came back as a basal cell. She informed me immediately and did a procedure the next week. I felt well informed and very comfortable in her care.

I’ve known Dr Quinby-Graves a long time. She is very professional and dedicated to the treatment and care of her patients. I recommend her to everyone.

She didn't even examine me, she only asks her assistant to check on me, when I asked questions she didn't provide full answer and just provided hand-wavy answers. Prescribed medicine did not resolve my problem, I can't even get my medicine due to unnecessary back and forth. Not sure why she is like this, maybe depending on which person you are. I settled on Dr. Quinby because my dermatologist left this practice and my second choice was booked for a month. Quinby had immediate availability, and now I know why... because no one wants to see her. The appointment was easy to make, and there was a very short wait after check-in. The nurses were nice and attentive, but Quinby has horrible bedside manners. She was in such a rush to get out of the room. She could care less about questions, and had her hand on the door knob while I was still asking questions. The nurse had to chase her down the hall to ask about medication. I do not recommend Dr. Rachel Quinby-Graves.

It was easy to get an appointment and the wait upon arrival was relatively short, but Dr. Quinby was in a rush to get in and out of the room. I was still asking her questions, but she had no interest to answer the questions and had her hand on the door knob. No eye contact, no bedside manner. She left me with a nurse, who had to chase her down the hall because of RX questions I had.

She appeared to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Our first experience with Dr. Quinby was very good.

Obtained a quick appointment. Pleasant office surroundings and cheerful service. Issue was resolved in a speedy, pleasant manner.

Had a cyst removed and it was quick and efficient. The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable!

New doctor for me as my previous derm is no longer on my insurance. Dr Quimby was all I was hoping for in a derm. Fast, capable, pleasant.

Technically a new patient as the previous doctor was no longer with the practice and this was a follow up to the previous visit. Dr. Quimby seemed rushed in the visit and was quick to recommend use of steroids for my toddler even though the previous doctor (Dr. Meyers) was more attentive to our concerns on not wanting to use steroids. Felt more time should have been allotted in the follow up as we were technically a new patient. The nurse spent more time with us on the follow up explaining the steroid use and her position on it but we felt our needs were not adequately met.

She is a very good dermatologist. I felt better after I talked to her.

My entire family goes to Dr. Quinby. Her and her team from front office staff to nurses were courteous, fast snd thorough. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Quinby was in my room throughout my appointment for probably a maximum of 2 minutes. I had prepared questions to ask my doctor as everyone recommends, but she was not interested in answering them in the slightest or honestly spending any time in the room. Instead, she said any questions I have, my nurses can answer for you, which makes no sense as a patient. Then, when I read the write-up in my patient portal, she says she answered all patient questions, which was just a lie. I would definitely not recommend Dr. Quinby to other people and recommend finding a doctor who makes you feel worthy of their time. I felt like a number to her rather than a human or even a patient.
