very knowledgeable and personable
Even though I went in for a specific problem she felt another issue was important enough that she took care of that too. She was concerned that a new medication may have side effects and called me to check on me before I was scheduled to come back in. She seems to be well connected with the specialists and knows who to refer to. Very thorough and compassionate.

The office is very disorganized and loses tests and information. Dr. Stover has become disinterested at best.

I’ve been dr Stover’s patient for more than 10 years. She is the most down-to-earth physician I’ve ever had. She has always been available on weekends and after-hours and never had her hand on the door knob to leave while I am still discussing my medical issues, as so many physicians are known to do at 14 minutes into a meeting. In addition, she looks you in the eye, not the computer when you’re talking to her. Dr Stover is a lovely, caring person. As a physician, her care is more than your medical/physical diagnosis—she cares about what is going on in your life and always knows when to refer a patient to a specialist. You would be lucky to find a nicer human being and physician in one person. FIVE STARS!!!

I’ve been her patient for a decade too long. She doesn’t follow up with appointments, physicals, medications or even listen to you. Her staff and medical assistant are even worse. I waited a MONTH for a prescription and they didn’t even call to tell me they had it sent in. I HAD TO CALL and ask them too after they sent me a letter saying they had. Now, I’ve been waiting for a call back for over a week. Their excuse? “She isn’t in today” what about the last few days? Dr stover should NOT be a doctor. She’s a rude woman who doesn’t care about her patients. I was on medication for 8 years and was only supposed to be on it for 2. Did she say anything? Nope. Had to do my own research and find out and now I’m in some serious danger. Her medical license needs to be revoked. She is a terrible doctor and even worse listener and blames the patient for everything. Do not waste your time and HEALTH because this doctor is incapable of being a decent human or doctor. Thank u NEXT

Incredibly rude horrible person and was the worst experience with a doctor ever. She scolded my dad for not taking his medication even though it wasn’t the time of day for him to do so yet, she didn’t let us explain this, and then she threw her stethoscope aside in a fit. Then told us to look for a different doctor. We would GLADLY.

I’ve been taking my daughter and husband to see Dr. Stover for the last 3-4 years and have been very pleased with her bedside manners and the time she spent with me. I never feel rushed and my problems are always addressed. Her staff is pleasant and prescriptions are always filled on time. I would definitely recommend her as your new family doctor.

I have been a patient for years .Many appointments and years of suffering. Dr Stover belittles and makes you feel terrible for even coming in. She doesn't read her own records will make recommendations she previously advised against and worse she will tell you "what would you like "ME" to do"? Had to take it upon myself to go to a specialist only to find out I had suffered for years unnecessarily . Office staff use to be nice prior to Dr Sonderer's departure. Staff constantly changes.

I have seen Dr. Stover as well as her nurse practitioner Kelly Fleming a couple times. I find both of them to be very sincere, personable, knowledgeable, and take the time most clinicians these days do not with their patients. In addition, their support staff that check you in are also very genuine. It is a very warm atmosphere and I will wait to be seen by either one of these providers. They both sought detailed research and related to me on a personal level.

My first experience with Dr. Stover was a pleasant one. She seemed to listen. Since then, like many, she is attached to her lap top. I had left her in the exam room to retrieve notes from my car while she inputted info on her laptop. I fell badly on the way. I was scraped up. Instead of getting up with concern to check me out, she continued to sit at her laptop. Also, I have been waiting for a serum for 4 months for osteoperous. I have called many times. Will find another.Dr.

Although I thought she was kind and willing to explore options for me, I waited from 2:15 - 4:10 in a room for her, saw her for 15 minutes and received a bill for 250.00. When I called the explanation was that she spoke to me above several things. So I guess if you speak to your primary Dr about more than 1 thing, each topic jacks up your bill. Very disappointing.

I found this doctor to be very opinionated, especially about drug addiction. I am a social worker who deals with addiction clients daily, and her attitude was unsympathetic, unempathic and bordering on abrasive.

Totally lost faith in Dr. Stover. At first seemed competent and interested but showed over time to not connect problems or look for alternative solutions. Became totally indifferent. Never probing. Did not listen well or consider what I was saying. In end I had to remind her about appropriate tests needing to be done considering my problems. Little, if any, followup after tests/labs. Needless to say I moved to another PCP.
