My experience with the Broken Arrow Family Clinic has not been good at all. They don't return calls left for the doctor's assistants. I have had this happen for both Dr. Whitehouse and Dr, Howard. The information I am trying to get is critical to my well being. I had asked Dr. Whitehouse for two referrals. One is for a doctor who can treat my sever depression and the other was for a doctor to treat my RA. I asked for these referrals on 8/3. As of today, 8/15 I have not heard anything back
