Dr. Rachel Zorger-Glick, DPM

I went to see Dr. Zorger-Glick for what I suspected was a case of plantar fasciitis. The doctor listened carefully to my description, asked questions, and proceeded with a thourough examination. After diagnosis, Dr. Zorger-Glick carefully explained the causes of plantar fasciitis and potential courses of treatment. We moved forward with what has been a very successful approach to improve my mobility and reduce/eliminate pain. From my experience, I could not have asked for more expertise, patience, and compassion from a doctor.

I went to see Dr. Glick in August for pain in my ankle. I was told repeatedly that my insurance covered the services they were rendering me. I ONLY accepted 2 night splints because I was assured over and over again that they were covered by my insurance and I did not have to pay extra. I am unemployed and so is my husband- I specifically told the front desk receptionist and my doctor that I did not want a surprise bill. I received a bill for $425 in September, and have been trying to get this resolved since 9/23. I have called 8 times and each time I try to talk to someone who can help me, I am told they are busy and someone will call me back. No one has called me back this entire time.
