Pills and more pills
Never saw Idrissi except during 2 epidurals and 1 nerve root block. 4 year patient and received narcotics the rest of the time at increasing levels. Finally left and came off of narcotics using natural methods. Definitely would NOT recommend.

How do these people communicate with a patient?
Never saw the doctor's face - had his back turned the entire time until i was laying face down on the table. when done and was ready to leave - still never saw him. The injection worked great for the pain, and now I would like to have another for my back (been several months) and you cannot get a human being to either make an appt, return the call, or contact thru email. This all makes me sick to my stomach! Have NEVER had this type of NON-communication, which leads me to believe SOMETHING IS FAR FROM RIGHT AT THIS FACILITY!

Ablation
I was his patient for an ablation in the Fayetteville office. The only time I saw him was in the procedure room, and he did not bother to ask me how I was doing. The nerve blocks prior to the ablation did not work, but he continued with the procedure anyhow. I felt as if I was simply an insurance claim for him. I wasted two months during this process and did not get any relief from my back pain. I would NOT recommend him under any circumstance.

Really cares about how you feel and listens intently. Most genuine doctor I've ever met. When no one would listen about my chronic daily headaches and neck pain for 15+ years, found his office. He was and isn't he only doctor that got to the root of the problem.

Having fibromyalgia, I use Dr.Idriss's office over 4 yrs. The service quality has gone downward. My treatment is pain medication. Due to this, there is no interest or concern. I go in , they give me a prescription. If I can't get in due to unforseen problems no one cares that I'm in horrible pain my medication is refused. Treatment is not personal, No one cares about the individual or works with them. They care for policy not people. Wish I could find another pain management office.
