I have never felt so uncared for. As a doctor she has failed to provide the care I need. As a human she has little to no compassion or empathy. If I were to see her again I would say, “How dare you.” But that would mean being in her shrewd presence, something I could have gone a lifetime without.

Wonderful, positive compassionate doctor. Happened to be assigned her for husbands hospital emergency. Blessed to have crossed paths. Her office staff is fantastic, takes all calls with direction given for any concerns. Calls returned promptly. They actually look out for patients best interest. Helps to have them on your side during such a stressful time. Would recommend her without hesitation!

Front desk was rude, lazy & judgemental. Then I waited 2 hours to be called back to a room. The tech’s recording of my H&P was impersonal & very low level. Dr. Garg was rushed & very impersaonl as well. Shame on me for assuming because she was from India that I would have a dr that would give me a thourough exam & think outside the electronic box/electronic records. Very disappointed.

My visit with Dr. Garg was a wonderful experience!! I can tell by speaking to her she is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Her staff seemed very professional, helpful and also happy, which is so nice to see these days. Also, there was little to no wait time!! The office itself is beautiful and comfortable. I would very highly recommend Dr. Garg to anyone looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Garg is one of the most compassionate and patient-friendly physician I have ever known and had. She herself and her staff are truly dedicated to a patient's well being and health care plan. Dr Rachna Garg , very passionate and highly caring Internal medicine Doctor in Frankfort , Mokena and near by areas is superb . Wait time is very reasonable . Staff also very cordial and supportive. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DR. GARG IS A BAD LISTENER AND DID NOT TAKE MY QUESTIONS SERIOUSLY. I FELT COMPLETELY IGNORED BY HER AND HER STAFF. THIS WAS MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH HER AND I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I FELT LIKE SHE TOOK MY PROBLEMS SERIOUSLY. I WILL NOT RETURN. I SUGGEST GOING TO ANOTHER DOCTOR.

When I first started visiting Dr. Garg in 2016 I was impressed with her. She listened well, was knowledgeable and caring. I would come in for my appointment and was out in less than an hour with everything needed. That is no longer the case. Dr. Garg and/or her staff tends to over book appointments.
