Feeling Like Just Another Patient on the List
I’ve had multiple issues with Dr. Goyal’s communication, as she rarely returns calls in a timely manner, making it difficult to receive necessary follow-ups. After several attempts to reach out, I still haven’t heard back, which has left me feeling like just another name on a list. It’s frustrating to feel that my concerns are not being prioritized or addressed with the attention and care they deserve. I would expect a lot more from a healthcare prov

The provider seemed pleasant but seemed to be rather nonchalant and aloof. I felt like I had to keep asking questions to get clarity versus her being forth coming with education that would help me best understand my concerns and expectations. As the expert, I'm sure she experiences patients with varying degrees of health concerns. My situation may be nothing to worry about' but it helps to be listened to and educated in a manner that doesn't seem dismissive of like pulling teeth for information.
