I needed a new primary care doctor since my previous one moved out of town. I had a back injury, and needed some forms filled out. She basically stated that it had nothing to do with her, but I needed a follow up due to my time away from work. she was basically being rude and walked out the exam room and left the door open, and I still had to put my shirt back on. This was at 11am, so I'm sure that she wasn't swamped. Now, I can possibly lose my job..

She is very thorough. She takes time to answer questions, call me back with test results and explains everything in detail about her recommendations. I have seen her 3 times and feel very comfortable with care.

I came as a new patient to The Goshen Medical Center in Rosewood, NC. I gave them a list of my medications, written down for them to keep. I needed a refill on my BP medication and called and requested a prescription be called in to my pharmacy, it has taken 5 days and when they called it in they forgot to give the dosage, I am still waiting, the staff has been rude and hung up on me a few times after a conversation. I believe this is negligence, it shouldn't take 5 days to get a prescription.
