Dr. Radhika Aggarwal, MD

Terrible. At my first appointment, Dr Aggarwal wanted an AI program to chart for her instead of doing it herself ... no thanks. While she spent time and listened and advised on all issues I raised in the face-to-face appointment, there was no follow up response from her from subsequent emails and messges I left for her, until I called the office manager. Then she was all on it. This has happened twice. She is non responsive if you are not sitting in front of her. Her nonresponsiveness and lack of communication made me feel neglected and I lost confidence in this doctor. This caused delay in treatment of my condition as I had to find a new gastroenterologist, which would have been unnecessary if she could just communicate with her patients.

I'm very pleased with the care and professionalism received from Dr Aggarwall & her staff. I wish I could have her do my procedure at the hospital instead of an unknown person I've not met.

I arrived 30 minutes early because I drove 1 1/2 hours from my home. I was greeted with courtesy. The doctor was knowledgeable, communicated well, and devised a plan of action to solve my medical problem.
