Dr. Radhika Chandramouli, MD

Had a virtual visit with Dr. Chandramouli that went well. She said she would call a nearby medical center to inform them I would be coming into the office because she was ordering some additional tests done to give me a proper diagnosis. To my surprise; I showed up to the medical center to find out nothing was ever submitted. This was incredibly disappointing as the nursing staff said I could not be seen without the order request. I called Dr. Chandramouli’s office for assistance to find out that she already left for the day. Someone attempted to help me but basically insinuated that I the patient got it wrong and that no order was to be submitted. I left the center without being seen which was very upsetting. I have a 102 degree fever, nausea, cough, chills, and other symptoms so getting out of bed was no small feat. After I left the office I get a call back from Dr. Chaundramouli’s telling me she has now submitted the order. At that point it was too late as I was home resting
