Where do I even start.. doctor seems good. Talked to him twice for abt 5 mins. The girl that does the other tests is so awesome!! But the office.. no one ever picks up the phone. I left over 30-50 messages, and no one ever calls you back. My stuff shouldve taken a couple months. Its been almost the whole year because NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU OR PICKS UP THE PHONE. I had to go through my insurance and complain to them, and then they called them. Then they started texting me. After 6 months of trying to get a hold of them. How unprofessional. Id rather suffer than deal w their nonsense. Find someone else

Thank Dr Al-Nasser
Dr AL Nasser was my husband's admitting doctor from ER. Although my husband was not a Sharp patient he listened to my concern. I would use him personally if I ever needed his specialty.

Definition of a careless dr, only $$
I'm an old soul been around seeing so many Dr's but this one wins a 10 of 10 for unprofessional conduct this guy can't even give you eye contact as many people says, acts like you bother him by going with him, never seen a Dr answer his personal cellphone while talking with a patient so he did just that how more rude can you be!, and he works on the hospital I would never want to fall into the hospital with a guy like this do your self a favor go somewhere else, on a good note his staff was very good and professional and that's about it, but again you go for medical solutions and he doesn't have any!!

Racist
He was rude, never gave eye contact and never, never gave me my test results, how bad my asthma was. He explained nothing. The inhaler was over $200 and I tried for days to tell him I could NOT afford, could he please prescribe something more affordable. He was argumentative and never explained just talked all the while his head down and talking over his glasses as if he was talking to someone else. Bizarre. He obviously disrespects women an thinks he is better than women.

Office is the worst
I've never had a Dr.'s office require only voicemails to be left and then NOT return phone calls. I saw him for an appt. and he wanted to increase my asthma injections because my asthma is very poorly controlled. A month and a half later, still nothing. I've called every week sometimes a few times per week. I received 1 call back several weeks ago and the staff had no idea what I was talking about. I'm 51 years old and had to deal with doctors my whole life. Never ever have I seen this level of disrespect or unprofessionalism. I'm in the process of asking for a new referral from my primary care. Do yourself a favor, go with someone else.

Rude and Condescending
Dr. Raed Al-Naser was very rude and condescending to us. For example, when I asked questions about intubation, he started his answer by saying: "I don't have time to put you through medical school right now." He also felt the need to remind everyone in the room that he calls the shots.
