Dr. Rafael Lappost, DPM

Very rude staff. He operated on my mom and we haven't been able to contact him to finish following up on his case. More than a month and he doesn't call. She is in bed, using painkillers with a lot of pain. As a doctor I don't recommend it, horrible as a health professional

When I met Dr Lappost, I was very happy with his bedside manners and I was convinced that he was an amazing doctor. We even discussed a date for surgery Sept 23with a clearance from my primary physician for the anesthesia, but that his secretary would contact me. But that’s exactly when my plan for surgery took a wrong turn. I left numerous messages with his secretary because my primary physician needed to know what exactly he needed for clearance, which labs, etc. My primary physician also called over 5 times requesting to know what preop labs were needed because I had my doctors appointment the day they called. But Dr Lappost’s secretary insisted that she already had their fax number and that she would fax this information once it was ready. It’s now 5 days prior to the scheduled surgery day and Dr Lappost nor his secretary have submitted the preop instructions. I called office again and spoke to the secretary to advise cancellation of surgery since no preop received from Dr Lappost.

Doctor Lappost fixed my plantar fasciitis. He was very attentive, explained everything very well and gave me a treatment that took care of my problem.

My son and I both happen to have an ingrown toenail which required assistance from a professional. I can honestly say we had one of the best experiences with Dr. Lappost and his staff. The wait time was at a minimum and the process of the extraction from the numbing down to the removal itself was superb!! Both my son and I barely felt anything and throughout the entire way, he was very kind and always asking us if we were good. I 120% highly recommend this Doctor.

Dr. Lappost is extremely knowledgeable. He has excellent beside manners, and the wait time in his office is minimal. Overall great experience.

Terrible service. Waited 90 minutes to be seen. It ended up being ONE MONTH before I was given a treatment plan, after numerous calls from myself and even my primary care's office. After all that, doctor wants to give me a treatment for a condition that lab work says I don't have! What a horrible experience.

Very professional, very patience and kind. It took time to explained all the benefits and risks of my case.

This guy is great for the first 15 minutes after you pay the $150 consultation fee. After that good luck. I have been trying to get a return to work form for that past two weeks and all I get is a run around. I have lost one week's pay because I cannot return without that form.
