Upon arriving to my appointment I was shocked to find out that they had taken the day off. The office was closed! I had a text from their office confirming the date and time. This was going to be my first appointment. Needless to say, I will not reschedule. I understand the doctor is not at fault but my time is too valuable to waste it due to careless employees. Save yourself the trouble...

First time scheduling an appointment. Never even met the doctor. The receptionist are rude and very unprofessional. They schedule you in at a time slot, yet do not keep it. They find it bothersome to answer questions. I arrived at 2 pm, per the appointment, waited for about 45 minutes, and talking to other patients realized people before me had been waiting 4 hours for the doctor. Needless to say, I left.

He was a good doctor but do not respect appointment time, avoid explaining his diagnosis and could be rude. His son, same name, is a much better professional.
