2 appointments. 2 times sent directly to the hospital. I'd say he's efficient. :)

The disrespect of people’s time and health is astonishing. If he wanted to refuse seeing a patient, he could’ve called ahead of time to cancel the appointment. Instead, he allowed someone with limited mobility to make their to his office only to deny services. The lack of care and ethics is preposterous.

Dr. Rafael Medrano is an excellent physician. He has Excellent people skills, and very respectful to my concerns. He listens to me and doesn’t hurry me along, like other doctors. He takes time to question you, and I feel he really cares about me. His staff is also very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Rafael Medrano to any patient needing his expertise.

Both him and his staff were super friendly and chill. I didn't have to wait very long. They made me feel right at home and comfortable.

Scheduling staff remarkably rude. Repeatedly lied to me. Doctor did not appear to be concerned about my over health at all OR what why specific and impending needs were. Every member of the staff failed to listen to me. They were unbending. I heard on several occasions, "we don't do that here". I don't think they do much there. With so many Partners in that practice one would think that they would cover for each other so that the patient was taken care of, but "they don't do that there". I had a necessary life saving surgery postponed for six weeks due to the scheduler being horrid, the doctor cancelling appointments at the last minute and the staff generally not caring. One appointment was cancelled at 11:00am two hours before I was to go in because they decided to close the office so every one could get ready for the school year to start. The scheduler said they could "fit" me in seven days later. I lost my cool. A box of crayons more important than my life.

I was a little nervous going in person to my appointment due to the Coronavirus. The staff and their screening at the entrance put me more at ease. When I saw Dr. Medrano I felt better knowing I'm doing good. Will be back in 6 months for a follow up.

This was a routine visit but as usual the staff was courteous and very helpful.

When I see Dr. Medrano I take my lab work from my yearly well-ness checkup with Dr. Brooker. He looks it over and decides if Ineed any more test done.

I am extremely comfortable with Dr. Medrano. His bedside manners are excellent, respectful and tactful. He explains and questions issues related to my condition. He insures my supply of medications are always current. It has also in the past expressed concern when my weight increases even by 2 pounds. I like his concern this means he cares in my opinion.

I would recommend Dr. Medrano to anybody that needs a good and friendly Dr. to help them with their sickness or health problems. he truly is one of the best doctors I have ever known and have being his patient for 20 yrs. and he never changes his fine attitude.

Dr. Medrano is an excellent physician, who takes his time to deal with my overall health issues, not just my heart. I have been under his care for approximately 17 years more or less. When I was trying to become pregnant he saved my life. About 10 years later he saved my life again because I needed a pacemaker otherwise my heart function would completely deteriorate. I highly recommend him and his staff. Excellent care. Thank you.

It is a very pleasant experience when you walk in to the Doctor's office and you are immediately greeted with a pleasant welcome. It is a gratifying experience when your Dr is always on time and your appointment does not take time away from other things you have scheduled. I always find Dr Medrano to be a compassionate and empathetic individual who takes time to listen to you and allows you to be involved in your treatment decisions.
