Leaving a patient untreated
I had a call from the doctor office. My mom had H Pylori but she's unable to make a move and go see the doctor. The nurse put me on hold and came back to me saying that we'd leave the patient untreated for now until she can make a move. H pylori needed a well-known course of antibiotics and OPIP mediation that doesn't require the patient to be seen again. Nurse hangs up on me when i asked to talk to a supervisor. I called back several times before someone answers again. Eventually Jasmine answered and she refused to give me the name of the person that hang up on me and informed me that we'll leave the patient untreated for now. I have never in my life seen such a poor health care service

Hands down the worst place to go when one has a serious illness or when not willing to be treated as an idiot. There are 2 doctors at this office and both of them seem to be very knowledgeable and kind but for some reason they decided to hire some incompetent staff members to handle doctor’s referrals and all the other stuff. It was a constant struggle every single time I was referred for lab work or to be seen by another doctor. They would always take a very long time to process the request for referrals and sometimes would send me to the wrong doctor. Once I was referred to a doctor to treat me for a condition I didn’t have. I would complain and always got the response of “we are very busy, you need to have patience”, heck, would they have patience in them if they were the ones with a serious illness? I decided to change doctors and they wouldn’t release my medical record even tho I offered to pay for it, that shows their intent on keeping their wrongdoings under the rug.
