Confident and Thorough
Dr. Jajja was one of only a couple surgeons in the state willing to take on my surgery. He was very thorough when selecting his surgical team and his plan and approach to my surgery. He is direct and has a no nonsense approach focused on the best overall outcome. Dr. Jajja explained everything to me and was patient with my questions before and after surgery.

A new me,
I am a current liver transplant recipient at PSL. At firstI was very nervous and uncertain how this would turn out for me, but most of all for my family. When I met Dr. Jajja I was immediately very hopeful and impressed on how he explained the process. He was very professional and caring. Dr. Jajja has always been honest and compassionate since my transplant (with my post transplant appointments, calling to check in with me) which means a lot. I will always be an advocate for him. He gave me my life back!!!

Dr. Jajja - the life saver - literally
Once we got the call that a donor organ was available for my brother we immediately rushed to the hospital to get prepared. Part of that experience was meeting Dr. Jajja as he was the scheduled surgeon for the procedure.Dr. Jajja was kind, reassuring, but also honest about setting expectations. In hindsight, I am very grateful for his approach, his kindness, compassion, and caring for his patients is evident from the moment you meet him.Not only did Dr. Jajja perform the surgery, he has continued to follow my brothers progress through all our many clinic appointments. I can honestly say that I haven't met a physician that I truly felt cared as deeply for his patients as Dr. Jajja very clearly does.If you, or a family member is struggling and needing specialized care, I can not recommend Dr. Jajja enough. You will find yourself in very capable, knowledgable, and caring hands.
