Best doctor ever

He was able to connect with my child in a way that no other mental health provider was ever able to. He listened to all our queries patiently and answered all of them. He started appointment on time and was not rushed to finish it. We are 100% satisfied with the doctor and the office staff.

Dr. is okay, the practice and front office is not
As others have stated, this office is difficult to get in touch with and will charge 140% of the bill or discharge you from the practice if you miss a payment. Which means families have to spend time finding another provider. Because of their front office practices, please stay far far away. Dr. Bansal himself is cool but to get to him, you have to deal with his office which is trash.

Money before ethics.
What really speaks the most to me about a Healthcare establishment and their commitment to their patient's health is when the money becomes more important. In a time when many families around the world have faced difficulties both with employment and changes in benefits from employment the money seems to be what matters the most here. While transitioning between insurance providers we followed instructions to set up a payment plan and only after having done so found out they still wouldn't see us to get the care we needed for our child. It's unfortunate that only after spending the money and after following the instructions we were sent that we found out they still wouldn't help us in our time of need. And what's worse, we will have to find another provider for an even more prolonged wait. I suppose for those who have no budget or expenses that come with a large family then this provider may suit you. For anyone else I have to suggest looking elsewhere.

Absolutely not! He compromises his patient’s mental health in unethical behaviors, statements etc. In conjunction with compromising the integrity of the adolescent patients home and relationships. If he treats your child, you better pay close attention. He is careless and reckless in his treatment. The fact he treats our children of Southern Illinois is scary In itself! Avoid him! In fact, shield your children and run away as fast as you can. And definitely avoid Gateway Regional Medical Adolescent Behavior Unit!
