Dr. Gupta removed my gallbladder as emergency surgery. He was very compassionate, caring and extremely competent! Dr. Gupta and his staff at Beth Israel Deaconess - Milton were a great team. They kept me informed without being condescending and anticipated my questions. Dr. Gupta explained the procedure very thoroughly pre-op and was very accessible for my questions post-op. I was very lucky to have Dr. Gupta as my surgeon for my emergency gallbladder removal!

Dr Gupta provided emergency surgery. He was clear and precise in his explanation of the procedure. He visited daily while I was in the hospital. His team was also excellent.

I entered Beth Israel Milton Hospital in late August with a very infected Appendix that needed to be removed ASAP. I was really blessed to be designated for surgery to Dr. Gupta and his team who were so caring and professional in every way. The surgery went very well and within days I was up and about again. At all times Dr. Gupta was considerate, caring and so re-assuring at a time I really needed that confidence that everything would be fine. How fortunate am I to have had this superlative physician, Dr. Gupta, as my attending surgeon during a recent stay at Milton Hospital. Even with his countless duties and obligations, he took time with me, was respectful, courteous and receptive, showed genuine concern and empathy - and he demonstrated all of these qualities, and then some, in the follow-up visit that I had with him today. He has eased my mind and given me great comfort. I am deeply indebted to him for his generosity of spirit and compassion.
