I have dealt with Dr Pastor for over 15 years, for various surgeries. He explained everything he would be doing and put you at ease. Never did anything unnecessary and made sure you knew what to expect. He is the best.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. He treated me with disrespect and kept changing my care plan in the hospital without explaining why. Nurses had to track down why procedures were canceled to provide explanation. Before follow up, I received second opinions. I shared these opinions with him and told him doctors were putting the info in my record. He dismissed the opinions and said he has years of experience and he knows what he's doing. I ended up having the surgery he said I didn't need at a different facility. Not only did I end up needing the surgery, doctors found additional problems that needed to be fixed. I will not return to Dr. Pastor. My primary said from the looks of it I was given unnecessary tests and not to return. Now, I'm responsible for a ton of bills I can't afford because of the unnecessary tests and blatant disregard for my problems. He treated me like a number he had to check off instead of a person. He didn't listen to my concerns.

Dr. Pastor explained my surgery thoroughly and compassionately. I wish he could be my family physician because his bedside manner was so comforting that made my entire surgical and hospital experience positive.
