The worst one ever I did procedure. I paid $10,000 when the result so bad. when I came to the doctor, he said you pay for the procedure not for the result

He took the time to explain what was happening. Involved me in the decision process. He called me in the evening to see how I was doing

Extremely happy!! I changed health insurances so I could not use the dermatolgist that I loved. I was so upset . I asked around my work if anyone knew of a good dermatologist. This girl gave me the name of hers. I went there and found out I had a Basel cell on my neck and a squamous cell on my cheek. This dermatologist referred me to Dr Sashse. So I figure everything happens for a reason. I was extremely happy with the work Dr Sashse did. I have very minimal scarring so minimal that you can not even tell. I give him 5 stars and I would definitely refer him to anyone that need a plastic surgeon. Thank you to the staff and Dr Sashse. You all were amazing. I had a extremely experience.

Dr. Sachse was wonderful. He did my face-lift right in his office. Answered all my questions and even personally called me that night to see how I was doing. Met me in the office the next day for follow-up and I know it was not a normal work day as it was Saturday morning. I look so natural. Not pulled or phony in any way. I definitely recommend Dr. Sachse for any procedures you may be interested in.

He is extremely professional and is highly ethical. His work was flawless and he patiently answered any and all questions. It is rare to find such a wonderful doctor. Highly recommend.

I recently had a mini facelift with Dr. Sachse. He did a phenomenal job and I’m very happy with the results. He gave detailed pre and post op instructions. The healing process I experienced by following the instructions was quite fast. I highly recommend Dr. Sachse for any of your cosmetic needs.

I was referred to dr. Sachse by my Derm for extensive MOHS surgery on my nose. The office is very well run and the nurse/ technologist that work w the dr are very kind, considerate and professional as well. Dr. Sachse was most excellent performing MOHS and doing the right way of closing Up my wound. He is upfront and honest with you along the way explaining all he is doing. He performed painless surgery on my nose. I feel that he is very down to earth and really wants great outcome for his patients. Some drs you meet you feel like they are not listening or really care - dr. Sachse is not that kind of dr. I would trust him to do any MOHS that I may need from now on. I am pleased with my nose and how he operated and the physical outcome as it is still healing very well. So - great office, great people, excellent Dr and a very happy patient!!

Dr. Sachse is my hero! I had a melonoma on my scalp. I talked to a few surgeons who scared me with aggressive cutting and a lack of consultation time. Dr. Sachse spent 40 minutes with me and duscussed all my options. I choose Dr. Sachse for several reasons including his concern and honesty. I was afraid of a disfiguring cut and huge bald spot. He was so terrific and unlike many other surgeons, he listened! He spend time with me weekly to help me through the process. My cancer is gone and my head looks great! No one can tell. I'm so thrilled and proud of my Dr. SACHSE. HE'S THE BEST IN MY OPINION!

Everything about this man and his staff is first class. I had skin cancer on my upper lip in July 2016 and was concerned about being disfigured by having it surgically removed. Dr. Sachse performed what is known as the Mohs procedure and not only was it painless but the outcome was absolutely flawless. His office and staff were very, very nice and Dr. Sachse was exceptionally kind and professional I would definitely recommend him for any skin surgery and I would use him again if necessary.

Dr Sasche is kind, very meticulous, and brutally honest. He reconstructed part of my husband's hand after a bad accident a few years ago, and gave me a tummy tuck in 2014. I always felt at ease and like I had nothing to worry about- I felt taken care of. He seems to be a proponent of natural beauty and his enhancement work reflects that. My husband and I both highly recommend Dr Sasche because we know he will do just what is needed and that his work will look very natural.

Dr knows what he's doing and I've gone a few times for some Botox. Have had to wait at least 40 minutes every time I've gone in there, so today and after 45 minutes I walked out. In this part of FL these guys are everywhere, so if you don't have all day to spend in a waiting room, go elsewhere.

Super happy with my results from my breast augmentation surgery performed by Dr. Sachse. Dr. Sachse recommended the perfect size for me. Had very minimal pain after surgery and my scar is unnoticeable. I highly recommend Dr. Sachse.
