Excellent GP for Me
Dr. Patil runs an efficient practice and as my PCP, I feel very good about her orchestrating my health visits with herself, and with specialists.

Both Dr. Patil and her staff (Angie and Nikki) are very nice and take time to explain the procedures and are willing to answer any questions I might have. Dr Patil spends time with her patients and does not try to rush through the exam. She also recommends specialists for other types of procedures such as a dermatologist or orthopedist. The wait times have always been minimal, and she explains test results in an easy to understand manner. Definitely would recommend her for anyone needing an excellent PCP.

I really liked Dr. Patil but unfortunately her staff is a bit to be desired. This is regarding a cancelled appointment and the staff is saying I didn’t cancel. Tried multiple times to call and rectify this issue and explain that I did not NO SHOW – they were no help and turned the account over to collection and reporting negative on my credit report. Decided to return the favor of negative review.

Terrible experience. Rude staff, requires multiple visits for each individual diagnosis, multiple visits to get a single lab workup then they lost the paper work and requested I go back twice for the same botched request. This place is a joke!

I am very please with Dr. Patil. Such patience and so understanding. She is so sharp and has energy for you as if you were her first patient of the day. The key for me is you will not leave her office without a plan to make you feel better. If she doesn't really know a lot about a particular sympton, she will call another colleague to find out the next step that will help you get some relief. Dr. Patil is one of the best doctors in North Texas. You will not be sorry.

A thoughtful, patient doctor who doesn't try to get you out of the office as quickly as possible. She listens to your issues and tries to address the problem, rather than just write a prescription to make the symptoms. An excellent physician. Office staff is very friendly.

Dr. Patil is, quite honestly, one of the best doctors I have ever had. I'm 57, and I've seen a lot of them, having several health issues. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, including close family members. She is warm, sincere, genuinely caring and knowledgeable.

I love her! Really! When I was pregnant, I had so much trouble getting help from my OBGYN. She allowed me to talk and she really listened to me. I could barely lift my arms as I did not know that I had RA at the time. She immediately called a doctor and scheduled me an appointment the next day when my OBGYN made me endure pain for days without expediting me an appointment! She has excellent bedside manner and I feel like I am talking to a friend when I talk to her! I highly recommend her!

My grandmother started going to Dr. Patil which I then began going. Sadly, both our insurance changed and we honestly bothed cried leaving her office. She has a passion for her patients that is rare to find. She is honest and positive. A rare find in doctors now days. I would suggest anyone go to her.
