He never rush’s the patient and takes into consideration the individual’s personal concerns about certain medications-eg. side effects, etc. He also will patiently explain medical issues to clarify understanding. He is a great doctor that has been helping my husband and myself for years.

I was referred to Dr. Parikh several years ago by my hemotologist. Dr. Parikh and staff have always been extremely supportive and helpful. Any time I have a question, I can either call or go to my portal. They will get back in touch with me that day depending on what time I left message. I have recommended my husband, daughter and son-in-law to him. My family just loves him, his patience and understanding. I'm so glad I was referred to him.

I had an acute episode of severe GI pain and weight loss over a few months. My regular providers could not get me in to see them yet this was urgent. Dr Parikh saw me within weeks, reviewed my records, immediately investigated and confirmed a diagnosis of Crohn’s disease.He was tolerant of my mistrust, fear, and anger about the providers who failed to adequately follow up on prior imaging studies showing Crohn's. Dr Parikh was caring and responsive, always calling back about results and concerns. I transferred my care because my symptoms mostly manifested as joint pain and a facility that said they offered comprehensive Crohn’s care had an open appointment after many months of waiting, I miss Dr. Parikh and often wonder if I should have stayed. The infusion facility was also stellar.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Parik for several years. He was originally referred to him for chronic diarrhea after losing 45 lbs in a short period of time. After many tests over the years, he has been unable to find a reason and the diarrhea is only JUST controlled by taking prescription meds four times a day. Last week my husband realized that his prescription was about to expire two weeks before his scheduled appointment, so he called the office for a refill. The next afternoon (Friday) the prescription still hadn’t been sent to his pharmacy so he called Dr. Parik’s office. He was told that they would not call in a prescription because he didn’t have an appointment. They had cancelled his appointment and no one called to tell him or to reschedule. Of course the doctor was gone for the weekend so nothing can be done until Monday. This is not the first or even second time something like this has happened and my husband will NOT be returning.

He is one of the best doctors around in my opinion. I am very thankful for Dr. Parikh and his staff. He listens and does not rush you in and out.

Dr. Parikh is very thorough. He listens and takes notes throughout your visit. When it comes to testing; not only does he review the results, but he notifies other specialists, that you may have, of his concerns to ensure you are receiving the best overall care possible. He treats his patients how he would like to be treated. I would highly recommend Dr. Parikh for your care. I see him and have my Mother as his patient, as well.
