The best Dr. I have personally dealt with in 20years. He is very attentive, explains his diagnosis and medications and willing to get to know his patients. He unfortunately got sick and can no longer practice and im pretty devastated. He is such an intellegient man! Id give him 10 stars if I could!

I have been through many psyquiatris and psychologists in my life. Some just nod, glance and pop pills for you and some encourage you to pursue a hobby and give you general guidance. Then, there's Dr. Rajeev Chaturvedi. At a glance I was in awe about how much he knew about conditions and medications/treatment. It felt great to be in good hands, but there's an integral rule for anyone caring for someone mentally and it is that you CANNOT patronise, belittle and shame them. He tells me "Can't you google what Cognitive behavioral therapy is?" when I ask what should I do. He tells me "you have studied, you're an adult, you should know what to do, my other patients do". I couldn't believe what I was hearing. You know ? If I knew, I wouldn't even ask. I wouldn't even seek help If I knew what to do. That's why I go to an specialist! He then refused to tell me like if it was a sacred secret and proceeded with the appointment like it was nothing. I would only trust him to refill a medication.

Dr. C told me that mental health is temporary! I went to him for help during a depressive episode from my bipolar disorder and was not able to go to work due the circumstances and unable to provide the best customer service to my guest's that they deserve. In order for me to return to work I needed a doctors note stating I could return. I was advocating for myself so I would not end up in the hospital again due to my depression. He refused to do so because he could not justify it he told me. I also asked for a few accommodations regarding my work abilities and he refused to help me there as well. He didnt want to deal with my job questioning him on my accommodations/needs to improve my ability to work better. In order for me to return to work I needed that doctors note that he refused to write or I would lose my job. Well, I lost my job because I was in such a depressive state that I couldn't function properly at work or return to work stating I was capable of performing my job duties.
