Sleep test
Ordered at home sleep test. Went in for follow-up and said I had MILD sleep apnea. Told me doctor had ordered in office sleep test from my insurance and gotten it approved. Did not discuss with me before hand. Sleep room was messy and cluttered. Did not feel comfortable being there.

Disrespectful.
The office staff was courteous and helpful. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and listened. The facility was OK. The Doctor however, was rude, condescending, disrespectful, unkept, and dismissive. In the 5 minuets I had with him after being seen 45 minuets late, he did not introduce himself, had dried blood on his left shoe, took 2 phone calls where he discussed 2 different patients medical information in front of me, was very condescending and had what seemed to be a superiority complex. He did not explain anything to me and seemed to have a distain for veterans. At the end of my 5 minuets with him, of which we only spoke for less than one, he stayed on his phone and just dismissed me like I was his kid or servant. You cannot trust him with your information.

Office is Very Unorganized & Unethical
Tried placing a call since the morning but line was still on answering service mode, then receptionist finally answered only to know that she was on another personal call. I was scheduled for a sleep study; I arrived on time, but they lost my chart or lack of communication along the way and sent me home because they filled all beds, eventhough I was scheduled. It is Unethical and Neglectful for a medical facility to place a patient in a situation where they arrive for needed and scheduled services, but due to a lack of communication, organization this clinic lacks so much attention, if only Dr. Narang would be able to have a face to face with a patient at least once or twice instead of relying on just the PA it would be a much better organized facility and he would get a first-hand look at what really goes on. I've worked in the medical field, and this is one of the most neglected. Why do you put so much money into building a nice clinic if you can't see at least half of the patients?

Run
The staff is not well trained. The office is cramped. Piles of books, medical equipment everywhere. They schedule you then call to reschedule. I did not feel that my issue was discussed or treated properly.

The clinic is extremely busy. There is a long wait to see the doctor. I was upset initially but the staff was very polite and helpful. The doctor was very smart and knows his stuff. He listened to me and diagnosed me. The clinic is very clean and the staff very professional. I would recommend Dr Narang highly to anyone.

I would say Dr Rajeev’s the most effective lung doctor in Corpus Christi. I’ve tried a fee doctors since I moved to South Texas, but only he’s been able to help me completely.

I’m 63 and have an abundance of patience. Having said that I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor, his nurse practitioner and some of his staff. They have lied to me about an appointment because I waited hours by the phone for a phone visit (during pandemic) and he never called. When I called back the next day they said oh, the appt is today. I refused a RX the NP Called in bc I had it prescribed to me by my pcp and it didn’t work. She Prescribed it at 1/2 the mg my pcp had prescribed. Then called in an over the counter medicine. When I specifically said I need something strong. I believe I have lung damage from chemo, but he is saying he needs to rule out asthma, allergies and acid reflux. I’ve never ever had asthma and rarely suffer from allergies. The last straw was me calling and complaining that my cough was so severe, I was keeping everyone up at night, he upped the strength of my inhaler. But no one called it in. I also insisted on an X-ray and had a copy sent to my p

Worst doctor in Corpus. Arrogant, very uncaring about patient waiting time. Worst bedside manner I have ever seen. Talks down to patients, when you can get him to discuss your diagnosis. Horrible scheduling, and overbooking. I have shown up 15 min early, and had 14 patients waiting ahead of me.

He seemed pretty bored and really did not answer questions I asked. Unfortunately there is a shortage of pulmonary MD's in Corpus Christi and little choice of practitioners. His office submitted a claim to my supplementary insurance company, but did not do so for Medicare. He charged for demonstrating use of an inhaler which I did not request, did not explain why to use it. Waste of my time and money. I will relay this to my primary care doctor.
