During routine colonoscopy/sigmoidoscopy Dr Borade found an obstruction. He helped to find surgeons who could deal with the problem.

AWFUL!!! HE DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT HIS PATIENTS! GO ELSEWHERE!!! IT HAS TAKEN A WEEK AND THREE PHONE CALLS TO GET HIM TO CALL IN A PRESCRIPTION HE TOLD ME WAS IMPORTANT TO START RIGHT AWAY. WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH.

Dr. Raj's completed an EGD-Colonoscopy for me today and it went painlessly. He came in after the procedure and when through the photographs taken during the procedure, explained what had transpired, and explained the follow-up procedure. He was pleasant, concise, and very informative. I highly recommend his practice.

They were going to refuse the colonoscopy after the prep unless I gave them a huge payment. I was very upset having been up all night. Told them never mind I would not have the procedure recommended as a survivor. As I was getting ready to leave they said came to the car and said it was a billing error. I called the insurance company and they had a hard time reaching someone to fix the billing error a month later!

Dr. Borade performed a routine screening colonoscopy for me at The Villages Endoscopy and Surgery Center, and I could not have been more impressed! Although the endoscopy facility itself was rather non-descript, it was neat, clean, and more than adequate. As a retired registered nurse who is, admittedly, hard to please when it comes to my own health care, these people were all exceptional. From the nurse and the assistants to the anesthesiologist and Dr. Borade, everyone I encountered was personable, efficient, and professional. Although they do the same procedures day-in and day-out, they listened to me, gave me their full attention, and actually acted like they cared about me as an individual. What a relief it was not to feel like just another car on Henry Ford's assembly line, which is too often the case in situations like this! Kudos to Dr. Borade and each and every person at the endoscopy center!

He was calm, professional and thorough when explaining my condition. He also encouraged a holistic approach to my UC and provided info regarding lessening anxiety (which was making my condition worse). Been with him for over a year and very pleased.
