Dr. Rajesh Mehta, MD

On my initial consult I arrived 15min early, and was taken to an exam room where I waited an additional hour to be seen. I was not seen then by Dr. Mehta, but by his NP. I was scheduled for an endoscopy, and only 'met' Dr. Mehta when he walked into the procedure rom as I was being sedated. His NP called me later for my follow-up - again an hour and a half late for that appointment - with the results of the biopsy, and instructions for care and I was scheduled for a follow up in 3 months. When the time for the follow up came I was called by the office to say that Dr Mehta would not speak to me because I had an outstanding balance from the procedure (I never got the bills). I have since paid the balance, but will be finding a different GI in the future.

Initial consultation was rescheduled three times. I arrived at the appointment 30-minutes prior to my scheduled time and still had not been seen 1-hour after scheduled appointment.

The short version of the story, I went in for a new patient consultation, I sat in the exam room for over an hour waiting for the doctor to come in. He finally comes in, asks me if I got the blood work he had ordered last time he saw me. I said, "Last time you saw me? I've never met you before." He looks at his folder, looks at me and says "aren't you (insert name here)?". I left. Whatever you choose to do with your health care is your business, I'm just sharing this to warn you this place is a joke.

I waited in a hot room for an hour and 15 minutes and no one came. I put up with this even after I was told I would not be meeting Dr Meta at all. He was explained I would only speak to a nurse and he would perform the colonoscopy on the day of.

the staff is presumptuous and rude and don't will reschedule appointments on a whim to as retribution for bothering them.

Dr. Mehta is very professional and handled my colonoscopy procedure very efficiently. I highly recommend him .

I found Dr. Mehta and his staff to be very professional and friendly. They scheduled all my appointments and let me know what to expect including written instructions. Dr. Mehta answered all my questions and concerns. I recommend him and will return to his office for my next colonoscopy.

Very professional and has a great bedside manners. Very experienced. I would highly recommend him. Easy to get hold of.

I was referred to Dr. Mehta's office in 2019 and I only saw his PA or Dr. Mehta on the day of the procedure. Which he was almost an hour late for! Then for the follow up visit his PA did not listen to me and kept talking over me or telling me that my issue is that I drink to much alcohol which I told him I rarely drink. Then he ordered more tests which I found out wouldn't have shown anything for my issue. On top of this I started getting bills which no one could give me a straight answer as to why I was being billed and finally my insurance company told me that there were more insurance codes added and that is what I was paying for. I had the same procedure done the year before paid half the amount I had to pay this year with the same insurance and same doctor. Needless to say I will not be going back to this doctor or his office.

For a brief initial phone call with someone in Dr. Mehta's office to schedule a colonoscopy, Dr. Mehta charged me $265. I did not speak with Dr. Mehta himself until moments before the procedure (as I was about to be put under sedation) and then just a moment after (as I was coming out of sedation). His office subsequently warned me that a follow-up phone call would cost the same as that preliminary phone call, so I skipped it. Dr. Mehta seems a lot more interested in milking the system for money than with providing quality health care to patients.

I Love Dr. Mehta. He informs me of everything he is about to do. He informs me in terms I understand. He always has a smile for you. He is an outstanding Doctor! I wish all my doctors were as on top of the latest knowledge like Dr. Mehta is. He is Awesome in a world which awesome is sometimes hard to find.

Dr. Mehta is vey knowledgeable, friendly, easily approachable physician. He cares for his patients. he follows his patients closely. my husband has been his patient for several years, and now I have joined in his team. I feel most my issues are addressed thoroughly.thank you for being my Doc.

Great communication, staff and personnel. Dr. Mehta was detailed in all communication, and help make my procedure easy and smooth. Grateful I found him.

Very good doctor .

Although I haven't had an in person visit, Dr Mehta was very thorough. He ordered labs and an MRI and went over everything so that I could understand. He's very patient and personable. I am looking forward to meeting him in person on future appointments

I highly recommend Dr. Mehta to friends and family. Last week Dr. Mehta performed a colonoscopy that went without a hitch. The prep requirements were clear and easy to follow, and the procedure on time. Dr, Mehta is very professional and has a professional and courteous staff. I felt very comfortable in his care.

I recently had a colonoscopy and it is obviously not the funniest porcedure but everything was great. I was kept informed about appointments and the staff was very friendly and the procedure itself was fast and easy.
