Went today with my father to get biopsy results, per Dr Rajesh Patel, M.D., FCCP, DABSM (since he's the head guy) no one except the patient allowed to be with their family member to get results. I think this is overkill for covid safety. The whole family is not coming, just a supportive daughter. I would like a response in this matter! Dr Patel, if you received a news, would you not want someone with you?

Poorly run practice, have spoken with office manage to try and work out some issues. Office Manager has no people skills and doesn't seem to care about your concerns. Also Office Manager doesn't have any medical knowledge about. Dr. is very rude and doesn't seem to really care about how you feel or what your feeling. Wouldn't recommend the dr or practice to anyone looking for quality care

The practice seems very poorly run and I will NEVER go back or recommend. My primary care doctor referred me. I called after ~1 wk and the office claimed they had not received referral. A week after first office visit, office staff called saying they had just received referral! Dr. Patel seemed rushed everytime I was there and provided little info. Billing is a mess. I received bills for co-pays for most services in about 6 months and one bill over 1 1/2 yrs later! (Ins. co. was not cause.)

Complete lack of respect for other people's time, Waited over an hour past my appointment time before I eventually gave up and left. All the while I could hear him chatting with his employees in the hall.
