Great bedside manner
Dr Tejura took time to try to figure out what was wrong with me and I liked that he was truthful about his recommendations for treatment. His follow up was impeccable and immediate when I asked questions when I left . He also responded to me personally on the patient portal with detailed instructions and empathy for my health concerns. A true doctor like I had growing up .

poor customer service
I called for an appointment. All she was concerned about was who my insurance was with. I explained that I did not have a PPO and my insurance was good ANYWHERE. i OFFERED A PHONE NUMBER WITH MY INSURANCE id AND SHE SAID "OH WE DONT DO THAT" i ALSO OFFERED TO PAY CASH . SHE HUNG UP ON ME.

After decades with Kaiser, my husband and I had to find a new doctor. We are both very happy with Dr. Tejura. He was very thorough, spending time going over medical history, medications, vaccinations and answering questions. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and has made some excellent referrals for specialty care.

Very, very pleased with this experience. I moved from south Georgia and because of insurance coverage I was forced to find a new Family Medicine doctor for an annual physical. Very happy with his patience to answer questions, his concern for me individually and not in a rush to get to next patient.
