Dr Singla has been my doctor for years and she’s amazing. She listens and is very empathetic and very kind and helpful always. I’m so happy and grateful to have such a knowledgeable doctor with such a kind heart.

Telehealth
After reaching out for urgent assistance, the lack of response from their end has been incredibly frustrating and concerning. I was promised a callback that never materialized.Despite multiple attempts to contact their office for a follow-up or even a basic acknowledgment of my concerns, there has been a conspicuous absence of communication. As someone seeking medical guidance, this lack of responsiveness is not only unprofessional but also reflects a concerning disregard for patient care and well-being.I had hoped for a more attentive and responsible approach, especially considering the importance of timely medical attention. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling neglected and uncertain about placing further trust in Dr. Singla’s practice.

Dr. Singla the best PCP I have ever had.
Visits are always great. Wait time is very nominal, staff exceptionally pleasant, waiting room comfy and clean. Dr. Singla has all my respect and admiration. I could not have chosen a finer PCP.

Dr. Singla is my PCP and I go to her for regular followup. I have an ongoing hip pain. I asked her for Prednisone on my recent visit. Instead of being caring and empathetic, she rolled her eyes at me. This is the first time I have ever had any doctor rolled their eyes at me over a request. Aside from this, there have been issues with delayed paperwork and medication on multiple occasions, which are both critical and timebound. Even the pharmacy I go to stated there’s always an issue with her in terms ordering meds. The staff generally is condescending and rude particularly Paola who places you on hold but never get back to you. I am already looking for a different PCP.

Too busy with everything else to see patients. If you call for a prescription refill prepare to wait 3, 4, 5 or more days

My father was brought in by ambulance to the emergency room to receive steroids infusions. While in the emergency room the doctor took a chest X-ray and blood work . The X-ray showed bilateral pneumonia and the doctor saw the X-ray and gave my father antibiotics and also gave his 1gm of solomedrol daily . Instead of putting solumedrol on hold per request of family the doctor refuse . My father ended up getting worst . I went to visit my dad , on that day he was upset the Pt and doctor refuse to let his walk making him bed bound. They gave all his morning medication without my dad eating. That evening Dr. Singla from St Anne called saying she was going to put my dad on a breathing machine with a tube down his throat. I said no and told dr Singla to transfer my dad to Charlton memorial hospital to get the care he needed .Dr Singla said there was no beds available at Charlton which was false. I told her she was going against health care proxy request for transfer. He died 2 days later.

Doctor Singla appears to genuinely care. Her staff has to deal directly with us/caretakers of our elderly parents. Staff's lack of empathy for real life situations, unpractical /unrealistic expectations when it comes to prescription refills. THen they put you on hold while you talking Either doctor is not in or we need to bring in an elderly bed or chair ridden parent who is frail/fragile and requires an ambulance for transport. are we kidding? unacceptable! Disrespectful receptionist/staff!
