The staff are always efficient and wait time is kept to a minium. My experience with Dr. Prasad has been respectful and caring. I've been with him for a long time.

Called to schedule appointment as a new patient, was able to get in the same week. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was extremely satisfied with Dr. Prasad, very attentive to my concerns.

Dr. Prasad “treated” my mother, who has Alzheimer’s, at Integris Edmond in March 2021. He never evaluated or met my mother or my father who is her caretaker during her two day hospital stay. He ordered expensive and unnecessary MRIs without asking my father’s permission. Subsequently, he did not evaluate the results of the MRIs or discuss them with staff or my father. Dr. Prasad changed my mother’s Alzheimer’s medication, DELETING THEM from the Integris patient portal. His care was just shy (or not actually even shy) of negligent. Steer clear of this horrific physician. One star is actually higher than I’d prefer. But no star or 1/10th star is not an option.

Dr. Prasad recently treated me during a 5 day hospital stay for Covid-19 treatment. Beginning in the ICU and continuing through my release, he was kind, compassionate and caring. He gave me great confidence that I would live through the experience. I am so grateful to Dr. Prasad for his expertise and outstanding care.

I love my doctor. He takes time with both my husband and me.

He is a terrible physician not only to patients but to employees. The turn over rate is extremely high, he hires without background checks, and he does not even pay enough to live comfortably. He stays in a room with a patient for not even a minute and you still get an outrageous bill. He does not listen to what you have to say as a patient and nothing but arrogant. If you want a good doctor or even an employer, do not go to Internal Medicine Associates.

This doctor is great! I have him as my Primary Care Physician. I'm not sure if that's a burden on him, but it's great for me. My parents both go to him as well.

Dr. Prasad has always taken the time to listen and hear my concerns. He will give you a straight answer without patronizing or demeaning your concerns. I would definitely recommend his practice to any family members and friends. Very professional throughout his office.

I'm with doctor Dr. Rakesh Prasad for fifteen years. Probably the best doctor in town. His office employees are not so efficient though.
