Very experience doctor she took great care of me, very informative

I've seen Dr. Gupta for many years. Always caring and attentive. Never rushed. And free parking on the street near Union Memorial office.

It's impossible to make an appointment with this doctor. I've been calling the office and leaving voicemail messages for weeks. Thank goodness I don't have a serious illness or medical condition. This is very poor service.

Dr. R. Gupta's concern, detection, lesion removal to oncology referral for surgery was greatly appreciated. Life-saving.

A couple of years back I saw Dr. Gupta. She was very professional and informative. I was excited about finding a gynecologist I liked and thought was knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. Then came time for the second appointment and I had to deal with the office staff. They or she do not return calls. I STRONGLY URGE DR GUPTA TO FIRE HER CLERICAL SUPPORT STAFF AND START OVER WITH NEW PEOPLE WHO HAVE PEOPLE SKILLS.

I saw doctor Gupta a few years ago for a surgery. All in all was well though there was one situation that didn’t sit well with me but too many details to go through. Anyway I am currently experiencing a miscarriage at 8 weeks. Though I’ve not seen Dr. Gupta in a couple of years due to lost insurance, my Primary Care Dr. referred me back to her about the impending miscarriage. It is January 6. The lady on the phone told me they don’t have any appointment openings until Jan 30th! So she wants me to wait 24 days to come in about a miscarriage that is happening at this moment. Need better trained more friendly staff. This lady actually asked me if I’d like to make that appointment. Um...it’ll be too late by then dummy. ??

The clerk hardly answers the phone I had to drive to the office after my appt. which was 3weeks ago prior just to get results dr. Gupta was insensitive. she also did not sit down to talk to me.

I do not recommend this clinic. Dr. Gupta is very sweet and professional but her office is run quite terribly. You will spend hours trying to get through to schedule an appointment with no luck. Each year, I call and leave multiple messages trying to schedule my annual appointment and noone every returns my calls. Imagine if something was wrong! I will be going elsewhere this year. Id like to feel somewhat respected and cared for when I go to an office and I do not feel that way here.

Go elsewhere. Depite many calls and messages, no way to make an appointment. She is a good MD, but, I left over ten messages in a two week span and still have not heard back regarding an appointment. No one answers the phone during business hours so I leave a message each time. I call all day, everyday, still no one replies. I tried faxing too, nothing. My birth control is running out and I need a visit to renew, yet the office literally is not avilable for their patients.We don't matter I guess

First time meeting her was nervous but she was calm, gentle and kept me informed about everything that was needed. I was glad to find a GYN that was a great match for me.

Dr Gupta was extremely helpful and gentle. I have an awful panic disorder and do not enjoy seeing most doctors. I am Happy to say she will definitely be my new OBGYN. She walked me through every step of a PAP and discussing HPV with me. She gave me options for a birth control switch and explained it in depth, and made sure I didn't feel pressured to do so. I highly recommend her. She just moved to Union Memorial Hospital from Good Sumartian (I think).
