Extremely caring physician
Dr Caselnova is probably one of the most caring physicians one will ever be treated by. He spares no time in going thru explanations so you have a full understanding of your situation. Unlike many physicians , visits with him are not timed or rushed and though that means at time there may be a delay, you are not left to leave the office with anything not considered or fully explained. He is very passionate about his profession and truly does care about his patients. He does not just treat the cardiac concerns but will look to help, make suggestions and recommendations on other health issues. I have been cared for by him for years and have followed him to this new practice from his prior. In some ways I can say I might still be here because of him...He has performed angiograms on me, including stenting,,as comfortable and pain-free as is possibly,,He goes out of his way to make you feel at ease,,He is so precise with what he is going, I could not see the mark from the line.

He saved my life, literally.
I was going to die from two large pulmonary embolisms. He used a new procedure to evacuate the clots and I made it. I will be forever grateful to him.

I recently suffered a heart attack and Dr. Caselnova performed the catherization and insertion of stents. He made me feel very comfortable during and after the procedure was completed. During my follow up visit, he spent over an hour with me and my family to discuss the event, the procedure and the aftercare. His professionalism and care are beyond reproach.

A Grateful Patient – Jun 08, 2020
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Caselnova II?
My mother was a patient of Dr. Caselnova’s. The first visit, we waited over 2 hrs to see him. We were told that there was an emergency and that he takes his time with his patients, etc. We saw him, liked him and felt confident in his abilities. We went for the follow up appt. about 2 months later. After waiting for 45 minutes, I checked with the staff as to when we could expect my mother to be seen. An announcement was made in the waiting room that due to an emergency, there would be an additional 2.5 hour wait. When we checked in, we were not told this. I am sorry, but waiting over 3 hours for any doctor is unacceptable, under any circumstances. He may be a great cardiologist, but no one is worth waiting 2 -3 hours for, no one. We left and will no longer be using his services. He needs to get time management under control.

Ok so Dr. Caselnova is a good Doctor however when I had to be hospitalized when couldn’t breath, the hospital contacted him while he was there and he never bothered to stop in to see me. I am a quadruple bypass survivor . He curses slit too which is pretty unprofessional. So take that for what it’s worth. Spends way too much time talking to people about unnecessary things unrelated to anything!! That’s why the ridiculously long wait time!

Dr. Caselnova was excellent. He was kind and so easy to deal with. He performed a cardiac catheterization on my 86 year old mother and made us feel at ease. He explained everything to us in detail and made her feel like she was the only patient in the hospital.

True the wait for him is sometimes really...really long. It really isn't the staff, they're just as frustrated as you...BUT..the reason for the wait is Dr. Caselnova will take as much time with you as you need. He explains everything to you..When you see him, it's like you're the only patient he has! I am willing to sacrifice my time to have a Dr. that takes time to be with you..that is so rare these days..Besides being an excellent Dr..he's very caring, which is a rare commodity these days!...

I have been to different cardiologists in the past 15 years with a symptom and they all said it was nothing wrong. A friend recommended Dr. Caselnova and it has been a blessing. He was thorough and determine to find the problem and he did. He cares for his patients and he makes sure you leave that office knowing that you are in good hands.

Everyone loves Ralphie. He is an amazing doctor and has one of the best bedside manners of any doc who ever operated on me. You sense that he is sorry that you are ill and has the greatest attitude ever. He put a bunch of stents in my heart and three stent procedures on my legs. (Any more pipe and Congress would have to vote on it!) I felt relief and better after every operation and I would not be here today if not for Ralph Casselnova (and his partner, Jim Colasacco!) These guys rock.

Dr. Caselnova always gives every patient 100 percent of his attention, and he takes the time to explain, in detail, every aspect of a person's case and the treatment he will receive. He never rushes -- if you still have questions, he will even draw a diagram. He is personable but, more important, he does excellent work in the OR. He returns calls, personally, and in a timely manner. I would, and have already done so, recommend him 1,000 percent.
