Dr. Ralph Franks, DO

Dr. Frank was amazing. I’ve never had a doctor spend so much time with me on a visit explaining everything also alternative solutions.. I just honestly felt like he genuinely cared about my health and he kept saying his concern was. He did not want to see me again meaning he wanted to do everything he could to help me get better. I am an ultra runner and he even was able to tell her the perfect physical therapist for me. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Just had a great visit with Dr. Franks for my son who is an elite athlete. He took the situation seriously and understood the assignment! He has a very direct bed side manner, which I very much appreciate, and he set my son up with the exact care that he needs. I’m so pleased with this experience that he will be the “go to” doc for my family’s orthopedic needs from now on. Highly recommend!!

To start I think I was in the waiting room four minutes before I got called back to see him, and in the room two minutes before he walked in. He greeted me and made me feel comfortable from the start. He explained that he was going to inject both of my knees, and how he was going to do it and with what he was going to do it with. He reviewed my allergies and then proceeded to do the procedure. It was very easy and he did not hurt me. we then talked about my future with continuing injections versus having knee replacements.he was talking to me as a friend and I left there feeling better about my knee situation than when I arrived.he’s a great guy and a great doctor!

I've been seeing Dr. Franks for a pretty challenging knee issue resulting from a traumatic event. He is fantastic. He's knowledgeable and does his research. I really trust his judgment and he has a great personality. Highly recommend.

Dr Franks gives the best advice and is the best at injections!

Rothman institute was 1ST CLASS! Everyone from the receptionist to the medical staff to Dr. Franks. Dr. Franks went out of his way to help my son out. First he squeezed us in for an appointment. He was very compassionate and took the time to explain everything to us. He made my son feel like family. I could tell Dr. Franks truly cared about my son's welfare even though we were from out of state. Dr. Franks went out of his way to find a Physical Therapist near us. Dr. Franks embodies great role model for anyone to aspire to be like. I even told my son, Dr. Franks is a great example of you should treat people. Thanks again DR. FRANKS!!

Appointments start promptly. Can get X-rays & orthotics on-site. Dr Franks was very knowledgeable & helpful. Really listened to me & immediately knew how to help. I’ve been back for 2 follow-ups so far.

Dr Franks knew exactly what was wrong with me and his health plan will get me and my arthritis in control.

Since my first and he follow up visit, I can truly say that Dr. Frank's is very knowledgeable in his profession, he explains everything clearly and made me feel confident to trust him knee treatment, I had to do a knee injection and I was very anxious and close to cancel the appointment but I went and after he explained the process, I was calm and after he did it I was like okay that's it? Lol, after I got home that's when the pain started but it was expected as he already told me about the side effects and what to do to heal. He is a very excellent and attentive doctor.

Dr Frank’s is a rare find has a grasp on the issue at hand and the medical knowledge to ascertain the solution. He listens to everything and the makes sure he knows all the details. If more Dr’s were like him the world would be a better place.
