Didn't do much
I got a bill for 3000.00 and I have health insurance. He spoke to me for 2 minutes and then snapped at me when I asked more questions. He was kind of nice - everyone in that ER was rude.

My fiancé and I are not from here but Dr. Peiris made everything so comfortable for us. My fiancé was working in Chico out for the week as he travels a lot and never goes to the dr. I took him to the ER and although the wait time is long as it usually is Dr was quick and thorough. He was anything but cold machine as some are in a fast pace environment!

Admitted to ED with Atrial Fibrillation. Was placed in a room with someone smelling strongly of alcohol. Even though my blood alcohol level was zero, Dr Peris assumed the smell was me and diagnosed alcohol abuse and documented that he felt I could have alcohol related cardiomyopathy with absolutely no evidence.

Dr. Peiris saved my life with his quick decision making and bedside manner. He’s a great doctor and few emergency physicians are like him.

I unfortunately had to be treated by him with low potassium. he never examined my nor never came the 8 times i asked my nurse to speak with him. After not replacing enough potassium (which was my complaint) I got discharged to only end up 10 hours later in am ICU beware
