He’s smart , he’s kind and he listens to me, doesn’t rush you away, explains things in a way that you understand. Nice clean office and great staff.

Dr. Jhingan is hands down one of the best endocrinologists and doctors I have ever had. He listens to his patients and considers the whole patient before recommending treatment. He is not a “one plan suits all” doctor by any means. He is flexible to one’s lifestyle and helps find a treatment that meets patients where they’re at. I have been a type one diabetic for 13 years and he’s the first endocrinologist that has made a change in my health and my A1C. I truthfully feel relief after speaking with him about concerning health matters. He is quick to answer calls or messages, and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I never feel brushed over when talking to him. I always look forward to his feedback on my blood work and take his advice. I am truly grateful to be his patient. If you’re looking for a new endocrinologist and he’s accepting new patients, I wouldn’t hesitate.

Dr. jhingan is a very attentive and excellent physician. He takes his time and listens to you. He seems more interested in providing outstanding care to each individual patient rather than rushing through a visit just to get to another patient as quickly as possible. He values your input and never displays any sort of arrogance or dismissive attitude. He is readily available in times of need and genuinely cares for his patients. Both my elderly mother and I see him and I always feel confident with her well-being in his hands. Mine as well.

Dr. Jhingan is a good doctor. The staff at his Germantown Pike office, however, are extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. They cackle and act juvenile behind their glass enclosure. They treat patients with disrespect or ignore them completely.
