Lack of respect
He performed surgery on me and the lasting effects will impact me for the rest of my life. During the healing process he told all was good and not to worry. After 4 repeat post surgery visits he told me all was going as planned, although I could it was not. I went another ENT and was told differently. Still living with the lasting effects that cannot be repaired at this point.

My 1st appt went well-making it was easy, short wait time, Dr. was thorough, Rx process was easy- overall great. A scan was ordered to be done in their office and my insurance approved it next day. I waited for them to reach out to schedule it and when they didn't I called. The receptionist while friendly wasn't really helpful and didn't seem to be paying attention to what I was saying. I told her I was calling to schedule a scan and she repeated back to me 'you saw someone in our office but don't know the doctors' name?' Nowhere near what I said. After some similar back and forth I was put on hold and then transferred elsewhere. Again the staff were polite but seemed to be confused about what I needed. After figuring out my request and them determining my copay I was able to get my scan scheduled. Overall the staff have been friendly and the doctor was great but there does seem to be some disorganization at the receptionist level around what was ordered and follow up with patients.

HAVE HEARING LOSS ALTHOUGH I NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR
I had an infected and plugged left ear, and was about to fly. I chose Dr Madasu because of his good reviews. He sent in his brand new PA, Chris, who vacuumed both ears. Now my right ear has a constant whirring and I have a loss in the left ear. The literature says that the vacuum is supposed to be painless. It was not. I never saw Dr.Madasu. I will not return to this office.

After years of suffering from sinusitis Dr. Madasu got to the foot of my problem. He straightened my deviated septum and cleaned out my sinuses, putting in a stent to keep them open. There was no packing or black eyes. The surgery was perfect and my recovery easy and fast. If you have any issues with your ears, nose or throat he is hands down the best. He’s an amazing doctor, he listens!!!!!

It's hard to put your health in the hands of someone you found on your insurance website. Boy, did I hit the jackpot with Dr. Madasu. He is a awesome Dr. and you'd be lucky to get an appt with him. I even bumped into a nurse who worked at the hospital where he does surgery. She said "please don't have your surgery until you meet with Dr. Madasu.". Lucky me.

I know you wont read this. so ill start by saying if I could give more stars I would. The second I met Dr. Madasu I knew I was in good hands. He was wearing a suit. to you this may mean nothing, but a man who wears a suit when he doesn't have to means he owns that suit. Not he purchased it and its his property, but owns it like a crested suit of armor. only someone who takes pride in their craft, not their accomplishments, but the hard work and dedication it took to get there can do that with confidence. My nose has been clogged stuffed and bent since I could remember. I thought bad diet, smoking, etc. were the cause of my perpetually stuffiness. When I got to Dr. Madasu he explained it all in perfect laymen's terms and essentially checked off my list of tragedies followed by solutions that were surely too good to be true. but they were, true. I haven't slept properly for my whole life from asphyxiation. He fixed that and I'm eternally grateful. lets clone him, have him do all ENT.

Horrible. I went to him for a second opinion and waited a month for the appointment. I told Dr. Madasu girl at my appointment I was having sinus issues and had a balloon sinuplasty done by another doctor. Because Dr. Madasu had mentioned to me about getting the procedure and his girl calling to tell me she couldn't get it covered by my insurance, I went to another doctor. This doctor knew how to send in info to get it covered. Going back to Dr. Madasu my doctor..he REFUSED TO SEE ME

My experience with Dr. Madasu meets all the criteria to be categorized as a Divine Intervention. My unique, medical condition posed a challenge for any doctor, but I feel certain that only Dr. Madasu would satisfactorily address it, giving me back the quality of life that I enjoyed with minimal or no pain. Visiting the doctor's office was nothing short of a positive experience. The entire staff was caring, respectful, and I mean genuinely so. I will recommend Dr. Madasu without reservations.

Takes his time to explain everything in plain English. Not in a hurry or rush to see you through his day. Truly listens to your symptoms that you are having trouble with and he takes your visit serious enough and treats you like a human not another number in the week.
