Rushes and disregards.
My daughter complained her wrist hurt, Dr Nanga disregarded her and told her to do wrist flexes more often. I tried to press her that my daughter does actually have sharp pain and she completely wrote us off. I am concerned there could be something else wrong. She quickly left the room and sent us to check out. I have noticed her quality of care has diminished greatly while her time spent with us gets quicker with each visit. Another issue we encountered is being charged a self pay rate of $65 to fill out a sports form while also being told my insurance was going to be billed (BCBS $30 office visit copay).
